How Sterling Scores
Sterling is the quiet half of Juno & Sterling — the trust standard that every retailer must pass before a single piece is recommended.
Before Juno ever shows you a piece, Sterling has already assessed the retailer behind it. Each one is scored across returns and warranty, ethics and sustainability, customer experience, and independence — and given a single grade, from A+ to C. You'll see that grade on every product and brand.
What we measure
The grade is built from concrete, checkable things: how long you have to return a piece and whether returns are free; the warranty offered; whether metals are recycled and gold is responsibly sourced; verified customer reviews; gift wrapping and aftercare; and whether the jeweller is genuinely independent. Nothing about how loudly a brand markets itself counts.
Why it's shown, not hidden
Trust shouldn't sit behind a tooltip. The Sterling Score appears openly on every piece, and tapping it shows the criteria behind it — so you can see exactly why a retailer earned its grade.
