Is Juno a real person?
Juno is the Juno & Sterling companion, thoughtfully powered by AI. It listens, asks, and recommends like a good personal shopper would — with no commission-driven agenda.
Do you sell the jewellery yourselves?
No. We hold no inventory. Juno helps you find the right piece, and you buy it directly from the retailer that stocks it, at their normal price.
What is a Sterling Score?
It’s our trust grade for each retailer — A+ to C — based on returns, warranty, ethics, provenance and aftercare. Read how Sterling scores.
How do you make money?
We earn a small commission from the retailer when you buy, at no extra cost to you, and it never influences what we recommend. How we earn.
Can I trust the recommendations?
Every recommendation is made in your interest. We carry no retailer below the Sterling standard, and commission never changes what Juno suggests or how pieces are ranked.
