Founders Story
They built a jewellery shop. Ran it well. Sold it. In between, they did the thing most retailers don't bother with — they listened.
For years they helped people who didn't quite know what they wanted, and helped them find it anyway. Customers left differently from how they arrived. Most came back.
That kind of attention is disappearing from retail. It was never really available online. Juno & Sterling is the attempt to change that.

Caroline and Nick built a shop where the quality of what was sold and the quality of buying it were held to the same standard. That instinct is the product.
And the technology
Nick Stuart spent his career in marketing, then in AI. He builds for where things are going, not where they are. He is the reason Juno works the way it does.
Two people who understand the customer from the inside of a shop; one who understands the technology from the inside of an AI business. The soul of the brand is a shop that no longer has four walls.
